"Quick and responsive to our needs. Made a stressful out of state move simple (at least for our insurance needs) Edit: after selling our house, this agency tried to keep our homeowners policy open after we notified them of the sale. Over a month later we are still trying to cancel our policy and are being met with frivolous nonsense. They claim we didn't notify them though when they read me the notes in their computer, they had the closing date. We even switched our homeowners to renters during a post close occupancy during which they applied a renters policy to the property but kept the homeowners active?!?! Now they claim that we never notified them of the sale despite closing out the renters policy after we moved out. It really feels slimey. Ive had state farm for about a millenia and this agency is by far the most challenging to work with. I do have to say that they did make switching to them easy but closing out our policies after moving out of state has been very challenging. They were decent when we needed them though so i guess that counts for something."
