The Connie Slater State Farm Insurance Agency understands that “helping life go right” isn’t just a phrase – it is a philosophy! It is our professional responsibility to help you make smart decisions when it comes to your insurance and financial service needs. I have been with State Farm since 1990. I spent seven years working as an underwriter and in the field before deciding to become an agent and small business owner. I opened my agency in the Rockrimmon/Mountain Shadows area of Colorado Springs in July, 1999. My team and I help customers personalize their own insurance plans that properly protect their autos, homes, recreational vehicles, and other assets. I also focus on helping customers personalize life and health insurance plans and review their overall financial portfolio. We want to help you make sure that your most important asset – YOU! – is protected. We are proud to be a one-stop-shop when it comes to insuring your home, condo, renters, auto, motorcycle, boat, small business, health, and life insurance needs. My team and I are licensed to provide insurance in all of Colorado, and we take great pride in helping customers who relocate to our beautiful state, so that the transition is a smooth one.

I grew up in Limon, CO on a family farm and ranch, so I understand the value of hard work. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) with a degree in finance. After working in Greeley for several years, I happily settled into the northwestern part of Colorado Springs, near Garden of the Gods and Ute Valley Park. Being a Colorado native, I understand the people here and their insurance needs. We serve many customers across the city of Colorado Springs, including the neighborhoods and communities of Rockrimmon, Mountain Shadows, Peregrine, Briargate, Flying Horse, Black Forest, Gleneagle, Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, Village Seven, and many more. We proudly serve the surrounding towns of Manitou Springs, Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor, Woodland Park, Castle Rock, Buena Vista, Falcon, Peyton, Calhan, and many more. We truly enjoy our customers across the state, be they in Denver, Pueblo, Boulder, Westcliffe, Greeley, Parker, or Glenwood Springs! While many of our customers hail from right here in El Paso County, we are pleased to work with Colorado residents from the nearby counties of Douglas, Teller, Pueblo, Fremont, and Custer. Sometimes our customers start with us as their local Colorado Springs insurance agency, and when they move elsewhere in Colorado, they stay with us! We appreciate that very much!

The Connie Slater State Farm Insurance Agency is very involved in the Colorado Springs community and we feel blessed to be part of such a beautiful area! We take advantage of the natural beauty of the Pikes Peak area and the Front Range of the Rockies. I am an avid hiker, and my team members enjoy the local parks and trails as well, besides playing a variety of sports. We are all huge pet lovers, and dogs are always welcome visitors in our office, where we keep treats and love in plentiful supply!
